Deer Hunting

We have some of the finest deer hunting in the Sandhills on our beautiful ranch with its wetlands to the top of the Sandhills. Our family has enjoyed the abundant wildlife here on the ranch for many years and have taken some spectacular deer while seeing many others. We decided to bring to you the type of hunting we have grown accustom to. The same group of hunters are currently keeping the deer hunting booked. The ranch is a trophy hunt only, in other words we only want mature bucks harvested here on the ranch. With our ongoing management program the bucks in the area are showing great promise for the future. In the event an opportunity opens that a hunt is available I will post it on my site.

     * Mule deer to the south, whitetail deer on the north end
        of the ranch.

     * Over a thousand acres of their favorite forage (alfalfa).

  • We offer two hunting options, the full season hunt or the five day package.
  • Hunt one limit of pheasants (5 birds) included in your stay.
  • Spend a day on the lakes with some of the world's best fishing close by.
  • I will only accept hunters who enjoy seeing a deer reach it’s maximum potential and have no problem passing on an immature animal even if it means not filling your permit or taking a doe.
  • Nine day whole season hunt $2500 with a $500 trophy fee when you take a buck.
  • Five day hunt $2000 with a $500 trophy fee.
  • Come and enjoy the wide open spaces of the beautiful Sandhills where you quite possibly will never see another deer hunter during your stay.
  • I will guarantee you every buck living or passing through Sandhills High Country will get a chance to reach his potential before harvest.
