Grouse Hunting

	Hunt our native sharptail grouse high in the hills in September or in the alfalfa fields and shelterbelts later in the season. Considered by many to be the ultimate sport bird with it's hard flying and keen sense of it's surroundings. This is a hunt for those who like to get out and cover some country. I usually have a good idea of where we can find several large coveys of these beautiful birds. All private land covering nearly 20,000 acres of the beautiful Sandhills of western Nebraska. Combine a grouse hunt with our pheasant hunting or if the weather permits some of the explosive private northern pike fisheries close by. $300 per day includes a guide, lodging, meals, transportation, and bird processing.
